Building momentum
In this video, we look back on a year in which technology, people and innovation came together. Watch along and feel the energy we’re carrying forward into 2026.
The year began with an active boost from our vitality programme and initiatives such as Girls’ Day, introducing young people to the world of technology and engineering. Internally, we took a major step forward with the introduction of NOVA, our own AI assistant, helping us use knowledge more intelligently and work together more efficiently.
We were also clearly visible beyond our own organisation. Over 1,500 children aged 10 to 14 experienced technology through a VR experience on a 60-metre-high chimney. In addition, our campaign Love for technology starts with playhighlighted the importance of letting younger generations discover, at an early age, how tangible and enjoyable technology can be. Our family day once again emphasised the power of togetherness: engagement, enjoyment and pride.
We marked special milestones, such as Johnny’s ten-year anniversary — a fine example of craftsmanship and dedication within our production environment. For our customers, we delivered a range of projects in flue gas systems and heat recovery, with quality, safety and collaboration at the core. At the same time, we continued to develop Lekker Werken: our long-term vision for a healthy, inclusive and future-proof organisation. We also launched our renewed careers website.Looking back, we can confidently say that 2025 was a great year. We thank our colleagues, customers and partners for their trust and collaboration. With that energy, we look ahead to 2026 and everything the year will bring.
